That doesn’t sound like a unified group to me. That’s a classic example as to why Alaska sucks.
It’s embarrassing, and it’s so sad what that regional airline has become. I’m so glad I got out there 2 years into that disaster.

Really though, if they were having a conflict that could negatively affect safety, isn't this a good decision to make? I'd rather have this happen, than a serious error happen because they weren't getting along. It's a long flight and if he felt he wasn't safe to complete it with his FO because of a personal conflict, how can anyone disagree with his decision?
