3450 pilots…. Between PBS and single fleet, we need about 9% fewer pilots, 310 pilots. 23 deliveries x 12.5 pilots per plane= 288 pilots. If a recession starts mid Q2 like AS is planning, we probably dump 6-15 older NG’s over the next 18 months. If the merger goes through, we will consolidate in a recession and grow out the back end. That would be another flush hand by a management you detest. I don’t know, maybe better to be lucky than good. If everything goes managements way, we hire 500 a year starting in 2026.

Haven’t had a real recession in more than 16 years. I guess basic economics have forever changed. Your right with a more then 18 month inverted yield curve and near full employment, smart money would be on a super exuberant bull run. Trust CNBC, they are just trying to make you money. Masking saves lives too. Trust your government, I mean if you knew where the gold was all hidden, surely you would draw a map and share with everyone. Reluctant, you are about to share a lot of your money with me… thanks.
