Mine was
- Resume review - Be ready to talk through the highlights of your flying career
- "Why Alaska?"
- "Any questions for me?"
- Schedule the interview.

What is a “diversity question”? I honestly have no idea. I’ve never heard of such a thing in an interview.
My generation had to survive a sim ride from the pits of hell with “The Gravedigger”. Todays generation gets asked a question about diversity? What are they going to ask?

I feel like I’d probably do better chilling with Gravedigger. I’m a white male who grew up in Southern Oregon. What’s a diversity?

I believe you bid one day one and get the results the next. I’d expect SEA or SFO to start off.
