Yes. Bc I can’t hold 1-day trips. God forbid you’re a minute short, you can kiss another 2-4 of your days off goodbye. They’ll put that crap trip where I’m most legal and it’s kinda hard to travel when you’re supposed to “be sick”. Don’t worry, I’ll get my calculator out, and spend a few more hours of MY time planning step trades (again). The process is insanely annoying.

Also FYI, you will still lose pay longevity if you take more than 14 days of leave, if your kid was born during the old contract.

Yes to be honest, fixing a low credit in step trading is kinda crappy. You could literally be below just 3 minutes and they’ll put a day trip, 2 day, or even a 3 day trip to “fix” that.

In first step, I put a bunch of swaps and got a few approved. But now I show 76 hrs. But being a flex month of 78, I have to “fix” myself to 78 and if I don’t, they will give me an extra trip. I’m trying to swap into higher paying trips to avoid that issue and still maintain same days off. Waaay too many mental gymnastics involved.

Kinda crappy? It’s extremely ridiculously crappy, but I don’t blow a head gasket about it. Just fix it to the best of my ability that benefits me the best and move on. Instead, some people completely blow their wad about it around here…

Agreed. And I don’t think Freq has ever actually been treated with respect. Nobody who values their time or themselves can lead cheer for a company that treats them with such disdain.
