I totally agree. I was told AS is preparing to be sued by the DOJ. They anticipate notice in May. I still think the merger will end up being successful, it’s the DOJs way of getting some larger concessions. Sounds like they want oneworld, gates in SEA, HNL, OGG. AS doesn’t want to give up a single gate in SEA… we are dug in right now
