You can tell by how junior SEA 787 went. If the HA pilots aren’t scrambling to get into 787 SEA why would 737 be any different?

21 Captains most junior is 347 seniority

36 FO most junior 981 seniority

Plenty of people choosing not to go to the coveted west coast base

live in dread if you want. But I don’t know anyone at HA that wants to fly a 737, I don’t know anyone at HA that wants to commute to SEA to fly a 737, and all the guys I know on the mainland are already on the 330 or 787..

if I ever talk to a ha pilot that wants to fly 737 I’d be shocked. For 90% of us we didn’t come to HA to live mainland

I disagree. Month and year of hire mean nothing. Vacancy is awarded on seniority number. Comparing yourself to someone hired 10/5/2 years before you is meaningless.
