However in 2028 the AS/HAL seniority list *should* be combined. Although I doubt that will make more than a 1-2% difference. A look at the HAL seniority list reveals that they are a comparably young group. Fun fact: there are more HAL pilots in WA state than on the Big Island.

you two are correct I misspoke

About every 3 years starting in 2027 time frame we start retiring 3-4% a year from the AS side so the movement will begin on Alyeska a user posted the retirements

Here is the link to the number per year but it’s about 3 years of stagnation here (4.5 with the door plug) till things moving with retirements alone not a good time to be at the bottom my. I get if people throw apps out other places not a lot of upward movement for the next bit

On the Hawaiian side, average of 30 per year for 2026, 2027, 2028.
