The interview is very aid back. They are just looking at getting to you. Do not wear a tie or suit or else they will lay into you a little bit about it. Business casual . Dress pants and a nice button up shirt. They were saying that once they interviewed and got all your stuff back that they wanted you in a class within two weeks, but now they are trying to build a pool so it might be a month before a class date. This is just what I've heard Im sure that someone that just interviewed and offered a class would have better insight. I believe so far they have put 38 guys into class and want a total of 98 done by the summer. Im sure that number might get a little bigger since some guys are still leaving. Good luck

There's lots of gouge online about the interview. In a nutshell, it's very laid back and designed to get to know you.

No tie, no jacket! They'll make you take it all off if you bring it.

One week exactly for me to be notified.

On a side note, if you don't match your personality they've determined via the Eharmony test then expect a TBNT email.

any word on how many they want to hire? I heard from someone yesterday that they wanted ~110 by June, but they just got word to double that #.

I haven't heard that one yet. I wouldn't expect that much unless there is something going on behind scenes, which I highly doubt. 1 city per year is what we call growth.

Double that? I highly doubt it. Slow growth and bare minimum staffing. We were told 90 new hires to be on by June, not sure how many we've hired so far. That's for the whopping 5 more planes were getting this year!

The latest official numbers are hire 98 and upgrade 44. For 10 new planes. Nov had 26 newhires, Dec had 6 new hires, January I think we had one class of 6-8 in the first week. Don't know any other scheduled classes, but I'm sure there are plenty coming. So far 38-40 are hired and in class for the 98 total, which means still 58ish more to go.
