That's almost 11% growth per year. I would say that's rather impressive given our size.

Just an observation Spirit has tons more growth/hiring plans than VX currently and they still require 4,000 total.

Current 401K is $1 for $1 (100%) match to 5%. Effective Jan 1, 401K is 1.25 for 1 (125%) match to 6%.

That's another way to look at it. It's 1.25 for every 1 dollar you put in up to 6%. Effectively, 1.25 x 6 = 7.5

Any word on when interviews will start up again. I have been waiting since May to get one scheduled.

No word, and I doubt we'll be interviewing again this year or if we did no classes until 2014. However having officially lowered the mins to 2,500TT means we are thinking about future hiring and what not. Right now we (as well as other airlines I'm sure) are really crunching the numbers for FAR 117. As it stands, we are staffed properly, probably even overstaffed due to less block hours and a bunch of newhires including myself that just hit the line. I finished my OE Oct. 3rd and I have not been called out to fly. That's almost 3 weeks of no flying. Luckily I live in base and don't mind at all.

I know of three people that are leaving, 2 going to us and 1 going ua. They haven't given their 2 weeks yet. Maybe that will help.
