Would you be willing to post/PM the link?

What form? When I clicked on the link it asked for my name and phone number. Below it was a place that said "click to add resume". Then there was a text box to write a note to the hiring team. That was it.

Edit:
OK, my bad. I logged into the site using my LinkedIn account. It filled in the form for me.

Default Phone chat Monday

If anyone has done the phone chat could you please fill us in on some details? I do mine Monday and I'll let you know what I find out. I have heard they already have a hiring pool to last them through July or August ground schools.

To all FWIW: AS has delayed (scheduled) pre-Xmas interviews until springtime. No dates yet, time TBD.
There seems to have been a little instability in their current process.

Just did the phone interview today. Very quick and easy. Basically just a review of your resume: confirm flight times, First class medical, availability to work in U.S., Bachelor's degree - yes or no, ATP written score, and would you be willing to accept any domicile. Very relaxed. Seems to be more of a formality and she mentioned they will email when they actually post openings for positions, but to keep an eye on their website and apply when the job opens again.

Let the games begin. With big pay raises on the way for the other pilot groups along with junior FOs looking to bail for greener pastures, management crying games are about to go into full force.

It is an old playbook that the Anglers use but we buy it every time....cant fault those dogs....they have played us like a 2-bit fiddle for the last 16 yrs anyway....after a long run of hiring legacy brats we are set to repeat....

Sounds like the Delta SEA base "surge" is getting some traction. For those who do a lot of international/national domestic commercial travel protecting that "Platinum Status" is VERY important. Unfortunately, that demographic would tend to prefer Delta.

That said, the strictly West Coast market travelers still prefer Alaska.
