Sorry to intrude on your conversations, but I have a quick question. This site says Alaska is looking for 3000 TT or 1200 high performance military hours. Is this a typo, or are they really hiring military with restricted ATPs. Thank you in advance for the help!!

I was predicting the present not the future. Make sense?

Just did the phone interview today. Very quick and easy. Basically just a review of your resume: confirm flight times, First class medical, availability to work in U.S., Bachelor's degree - yes or no, ATP written score, and would you be willing to accept any domicile. Very relaxed. Seems to be more of a formality and she mentioned they will email when they actually post openings for positions, but to keep an eye on their website and apply when the job opens again.

I did the phone interview thingie and haven't heard anything since. I got the impression that this was kind of a paperwork formality to go along with the new AS recruiting software they are now using. I didn't get the impression that the completion of the phone interview was a hugely significant step in the hiring process though it's obviously better than nothing.
