Any recommendations for QX FO's (i.e. not very senior at Horizon) regarding this new AS/QX Guaranteed Interview Program? Would it be better to ask the CP's Secretary to tear up the signed LOU and beat the pavement networking as you recommended before?

Apologies if it is buried somewhere in this thread. Initial contact from Alaska to set up an interview comes in the form of an email or phone call? Also, is there a "phone screening" phase, or is the phone and/or email method of contact simply to arrange a date for an interview? Best of luck everyone!

The amateur approach that Alaska uses for recruiting is replicated in every single department in the company....at least you know what to expect if you get hired
