Yes, this seems to be the only constant and it is not completely true. As for mins, for the ones I met in the November interview group, experience was all over the map.

They don't count rotary time, the chief pilot doesn't believe those of us that have flown rotary in military know how to fly. The quote from him was "it's different flying and doesn't directly translate to flying in the 121 environment".
I find it ironic because the Director of Training is a retired Army helicopter pilot.

That was the last DOT. The current one is a civilian.
