If you already did it, fine, but if you're thinking about doing it, don't.
Thanks! I wonder why the link is still up on the web site....

That is your profile.

Does anyone have any updated information on pay during training and first year? Im trying to get a realistic idea of how much to expect. I've heard its 75hrs min guarantee at $54hr from day one of training, but not sure if this is accurate.

That is accurate. Effective 1 April its $56.46hr. No per diem, no lodging provided. Approx 2.5 months (of straight through training) from Indoc day 1 to start OE.

I applied and received a request for a 5 to 10 minute phone chat with an HR person from Alaska/Horizon. Several years ago I applied and never heard a word. Is this 5 to 10 minute chat a new thing or does it mean I am getting closer? Does anyone know how many apps they have on file?

Read back a few pages. This question has been asked and answered about 10 different times

Everybody gets a phone call that meets the min. So think as if you're in last place is basically how I see it.

I've applied for years and chased them to numerous fairs. My middle name is 'North to the future', born on a bed of Sitka Spruce needles, baptized in the Yukon, saved a family of Willow ptarmigans with my Alaskan Malamute 'Balto' and still haven't heard a sound.

Always have hope though and I'll drive a Bus until (or if) they ever dial me up
