Did the phone interview, standard stuff, one question did throw me off though, "what was your score on the ATP written?" Huh? Haven't been asked that one yet.

I got the ATP score question as well. That was kind of odd. She told me that the next window should open up within the next month.

I don't think Alaska HR, or at least the chief pilot, are talking to the Smart Recruiters people. Word from the chief pilot at NWAC a few weeks ago was that there would be no mass application window. Everything will be done through the "talent community" aka Smart Recruiters.

Correct, and the same thing was reiterated at WAI. No more windows. It's all Smart Recruiters from now on.

Oh, and don't upload a video. Direct quote from the hiring team.

Perhaps it's a "Smart Recruiters" window.

So what if you did upload a video because that is what the site tells you to do?

Has anyone that went to WAI seen in Smart Recruiters that your app was looked at?

Yes. My profile now shows "Women In Aviation Mar 10-12, 2016" where it just used to say "pilot".

They're not going to knock you for it, but they said it doesn't help and they really don't have time to be watching everybody's home videos.

If you already did it, fine, but if you're thinking about doing it, don't.

Where can you find your profile? All I can see is the e-mail conversation I have had with one of their third party HR folks and the 4 circles at the top with new, in review, interview, and offer.
