Alaska is hiring flight attendants like mad. How come? Lots of turnover? Is pilot hiring going to pick up as well? Been trying for years and not a peep out of these guys.

Lead by example! Show all the new hires how it's done and head over to Delta. I'm not defensive I just think your full of it unless you put you money where your mouth is. People love to tell people what to do on this forum and even in the cockpit when they themselves don't have the balls or ability to do it.

Maybe I will, or maybe I'll stay here just to **** you off! By the way when I said who would want to work for Alaska, I meant the new Alaska including us lowly Virgin pilots. We are both at the bottom.

Initially that's true...4-6 weeks is what HR said. But then emails when out this week saying now expect June.

Can you clarify this a bit? Who did this email go to? I interviewed a few weeks ago, was told late March/early April, but nothing so far. Can anyone else who interviewed around that time pipe in if they heard anything?
