Hi, Im an OO FO, about 200 hours in the jet 1700 TT, do you guys think it would be worth it to go to the MTC in Vegas on the 10th or just keep my head down, pick up more trips and keep grinding. I think that management thinks highly of people who go out of their way to hear them out and Alaska would be my ending destination. What do you all think, what should I do?

"The jet" is a cultural thing at Alaska. Some of us don't transfer flight controls....we transfer "the jet". Usually associated with lots of grey hair and the same leather jacket and necktie they have been wearing since 1994. It's harmless, but good for an eye roll from the non boomer generations.
