You really need to have someone walk you in. I went to 4 or 5 job fairs over several years just to meet with the Alaska hiring team. It was my meet and greet with the chief that finally got my resume pulled out of the pile.

Dumb question time!
1. To update my App, do I have to withdraw it then re-submit? Otherwise I don't see a way to update the application itself. I can upload an updated resume, but not edit the application itself.
2. The App seemed weirdly easy. I didn't have to enter any work history, etc. Am I missing something? Or do they just extract all that information from my Resume?

You should have a link to 'check your application status' and it should take you to the 'candidate profile' page...
At the bottom theres an 'Update Profile' button. I think you can just litterally click it without changing any of your info. I'm like 90% sure thats what I was doing, or I would reupload a resume with updated hours then again, click the 'update profile' button.
