Even if it is Andrew, is he wrong?
GU and his toonster buddies have proven themselves to be a bunch of clowns. They were responsible for the POS that’s the current [long expired] contract. Now the G4 pilots are going to give them a second chance, thinking GU will change or somehow gain leverage and negotiating experience? Leverage left with the retention bonus. And there’s no chance he’s going to gain negotiation experience out of thin air.
you guys would have been better served dumping toonsters and getting ALPA on property. Given the current pace of negotiations, I wouldn’t have been surprised if you’d be further along with ALPA in place, even after a decert/union drive.

Somebody says something halfway intelligent and Marg thinks it’s AR. Life must really be sh*t over there at the legacies if you’re still living in the G4 forums.
Andrew or not, Allegiant pilots are actively being duped by GU.

Maybe you mis spoke " The lack of the company being willing to actually come and Negotiate is Deafening. The latest email with current offers per section from the company is an embaressment to aviation. They are not even close to a resonalble starting offer.

My buddy said that our mailer proposals are way higher than what F9 management is seeing and then i showed him the rates from June and he almost fell out of his seat. Couldn't believe that allegiant can afford those type of rates.
Not saying management is genuine in wanting to get a deal done - they aren't. but what F9 management is doing is wild. they think because spirit is in bankrupt that they should get a cost neutral contract. no joke.

I thought the same thing but at least we are not F9. spoke to one of my buddies over there and then lurked on their forums, F9 management is only entertaining "cost neutral" proposals on all sections... think that over.

yes because the almighty power of the teamsters can’t even get mediation sessions scheduled. We have pilots negotiating who have no business being in the room and our specialists sent atlas to binding arbitration. Screw the company but ******* teamsters is pathetic right now. Everyone thinks we’d lose the retention bonus if we went to ALPA.. just GU brainwashing people considering it’s an MOA, all of those go along with us to ALPA
