This is a rumor started by one of the old NC members (most are gone, he’s still here.. won’t’ be hard to figure out who it is) to try and stir the pot. He’s angry RJ got us a contract to vote on that isn’t Delta+ and that made Super Bowl Sunday a paid holiday.

ROFL. Yep. Still trying to be relevant. If it were up to the old guard we would still be digging in our heels.

Everyone’s talking like this is a full contract and RJ miraculously got this across the line…it’s a bridge deal and we crawled past the line(if we’re even across). Rumor also is that against advice RJ continued to pursue a full contract instead of a bridge once the merger was announced. That delay assuredly killed the pay rates and probably other provisions. Company hoodwink him and he had to negotiate from a position of weakness with fuel costs rising and the merger close looming.

First if you’re not a complete idiot and can read you would know that it’s RJ‘s fault that we got put in trusteeship! Read the transcripts for yourself, he admits he filed false allegations that were found baseless. Those allegations are what allowed GU to push for an emergency trusteeship from O’Brien. RJ then worked with GU and was his prime witness in the trusteeship hearing. You tell me if 2 years under GU made us weaker or stronger?
Fast forward to January…in an effort to keep IBT on property he delayed a bridge deal in pursuit of a contract despite being told that there was little chance of getting a contract before the merger close. In fact he was told there has never been a full contract successfully negotiated after a merger announcement. Thus in delaying he shat the bed and left us crying in our own feces at the mercy of the company.
I’ll make a deal with you right now, if our pay rates on this bridge deal are better than the dec 2014 mailer rates I’ll delete this account and never post again. If you think your boy did better you can man up and make the same deal.

I don’t even know where to start with this but it’s gonna be before January.
