IBT had the chance to get the RB paid out immediately by just agreeing to the increased rates back in 2023z

hindsight is 20/20 but we would have been way better if Robles would have just agreed to the new rates. We’d all be getting paid the new rates and there’d be nothing anchoring us to allegiant.

It is devastating to think that at every turn the IBT/R Robles, Unterseher, JR, JK, etc made the wrong decision at every turn. The number of mistakes and strategic blunders is shocking:

1. Refusing the retention bonus.
2. refusing the mailer deal.
3. Robles hiring a culinary attorney to negotiate for us.
4. IBT asking to be released before even passing ansi for pay proposal.
5. Union whining to the NMB for a new mediator and then getting an even worse mediator who also happened to be a former ALPA MEC.
6. IBT treating us like a “child star” who was gonna take the IBT to the big time while the ibt rides our coattails.

It doesn't.

But enjoy the 100% unstacking LOL!
Have you ever posted a positive comment? Just curious.

1. "Insulting" is subjective.

2. I 100% find them insulting.

Let's have a theoretical discussion about outlook.

If we have person A "We will get a contract tomorrow I heard from my cousin's uncle, a former ramper who dated a flight attendant" and they say it for 5 years, they will be wrong every single time they say it until they are correct. Now person B says "We will never get a contract no matter what so burn the place down, the sun will burn out before we get a dime" is correct every single time they say this until they are not. Who is more accurate?

Pilots believe whatever they want to believe. Some believe working for a ULCC is the same as flying widebody at a major. Some believed the former Exco used a third-party vendor to cheat in their election. Some believed they really gave Maury the bird by rejecting pay raises two years ago that were just as good if not better than the current offer. Some pilots think PBS is better than a currently 0% unstacking CBI. (To be fair, HDMWD does screw people, but nothing like PBS.) Some pilots thought it was acceptable for the Local to be taken over by National over “charges that should place the Exco in jail" how did that go? Some believe an AIP is the same thing as a full CBA. Some thought they were one day away from being released to strike.

So if a person was to point out all the times pilots thought something wrong is that really being negative or just accurate? Asking for a friend

Haven't we covered this a million times already? The union sent an agreement out to the company last year to pay out the bonus, company said no. As far as the origination of the bonus, the company was moving forward with it regardless if the union agreed to it or not. You know, you always seem slightly out of touch on these issues somehow. Normally I wouldn't care but you seem to like to make claims that others might want to believe or even repeat to others.

Tom the teamster I’ll just leave this quote right here for you:

you were telling people for months and months that there was no retention bonus and that it wasn’t in writing. You have no credibility.

That's 100% correct, without it being in writing you likely would be getting zero right now. We didn't get the letter until several weeks later, at least didn't get to see one. Bro you are not functioning properly.
