In case anyone has any doubts the direction things are headed during the next couple years as negotiations plod along…..to date in 2022 we’ve seen a net gain of 61 pilots. This pace won’t even come close to offsetting training float & other offline pilots as the 737 program kicks in next year.

The post today about Redmond’s little town hall was very discouraging; SunSeeker and the Viva joint venture are the future of Allegiant and pilots are only leaving because of pay. If we can’t retain pilots, we’ll shrink and get rid of the airbus. Allegedly, that is straight from the CEO, so start updating those apps.
