Not much slope to those FO rates either after a couple years, $160 yr 2 FO, $186 year 3 FO. Raising the bar for the industry IMO. Some other highlights: 5:15 min day rig, increase to 17% DC, 150%-200% reassignment pay plus delay pay, legacy avg snap up pay clause, 79 hr min guarantee SC, 75 for non convertible long call lines, extra 5 hours holiday pay.

And Alaska was another one not making progress, then got a great TA. Id rather others get theirs first and then WE set the bar.

Yeah, let’s lead from behind for the next few years. Let everyone else do the work for us. The spineless way is the best way!

I’d much rather set the bar right now. As long as a snap up clause is included, the sooner the better.

We won't be setting any bars. G4 bringing down the industry average since 1997

Jokes on them. Is looks like the snap up clause does not include Allegiant so when the new contract leapfrogs Alaska they will be stuck at a lower rate.

Ha, I know you're being sarcastic but a lot delirious minds actually believe this, the same ones that swore and bet on their careers that we would have a TA this year. Odds favor absolutely none of the AK rates or work rules will be topped by G4. Sadly by the time we have a new TA, AK's contract will already be amendable (3 year deal). I can also tell some have never used a retirement calculator, just 4 years of lagging 100/hr behind legacy compensation/work rules is well over 7 million compounded over a couple decades. UAL just had 249 unfilled captain vacancies including 75/76 on the last bid.

If only, some day, Allegiant pilots could possible match mainline payrates for the A320.

Oh wait, that happened in 2016. MD80 pay rates exceeded Delta's.

Not even close, you can’t count only the top rate when year 1-10 were way below DAL rates for both seats. Average the total pay scale and G4 was much lower. D’s work rules, retirement and their profit sharing made total comp is a different league even with G4 having a higher year 12 rate for a few months.
