From: 1st year pay for the 3rd time
Default Leave of absence

Is this normal this time of year or is this some precursor to furloughs?

A better idea would be to keep all the pilots on the April schedule, spread out the flying to give people a break. Allegiant pilots have been worked to exhaustion lately. Oh, wait, that would mean not saving money on voluntary leaves. Never mind.

Safety first.

Does the fact that they are admittedly overstaffed for April mean that we will get more than minimum guaranteed days off?

I've never understood our innovative model that needs a ton of pilots in March and few in September. Yet in September we all get minimum days off.

Much like requiring pilots to stay on until all the passengers leave. Yet pilots aren't required to be present to board the plane at the start of the trip.

There's one 75 CA that was awarded LAS from HNL. Problem is, he started AB training 2 weeks ago.

Cool, so does ALG pay block plus 30 for the disembarking process?
