Sorry to not want to read through 210 pages but can anyone answer two things very quickly.
1) Junior bases - how likely is SFB straight out of training.
2) Trips - are they all day trips or does anywhere (SFB especially) have actual overnights. I'd be planning on driving from the Jax area and doing this daily might not be the best.
A PM or response would be appreciated, thanks guys/gals.

Continuing to offer up "fresh meat" to exploit just prolongs the process that needs to occur.

LOL. Well all these warm and fuzzies make me feel super invited when I couldn't find answers to two simple questions through pages of bs. Guess I'll get back to my toilet reading through your 200 pages of garbage.
Good luck on that contract fellas.

Don't despair Allegiant pilots! Even though some guys can't be bothered, word is spreading. I recently retired from USAF service to the LAS area, and thought it would be exciting to fly/work for a small growing company whose HQ is about two miles from my house. I didn't even mind that I'd get paid less than at a legacy. Then...
I read through this ENTIRE thread. Afterwards, I figured I'd be better off at a Regional like Compass in the short term if need be (I like seeing my family regularly). Luckily, I'm about to go off to training with UAL and I'll thank God for it every time I drive past your HQ. I passed along my job search Lessons Learned to a retiring USN buddy of mine... and he'd already heard all about your "deal".
To any Management Trolls following this thread - How are you guys going to maintain the growth rate needed to support a 40 PE ratio while your hiring pool evaporates and your junior pilots bail as fast as you train them? Spirit is trading at a mere 24 PE with no potential strike looming. Sell Mortimer!!!
Good luck guys, it looks to me like a strike is inevitable. I hope you finally get a fair contract that is actually honored by management, you've earned as much.

Don't apply here. The same 2 questions have been asked and answered about every 5th page. You're lazy and uninvolved.
