FA showed me an email where the NMB approved the Dispatchers to hold a vote. They're represented by IBT now. Choices from what I remembered were:
1. IBT
2. No representation
3. Self-representation
4. ...can't remember last choice
Wonder what's up there? Company trying to get IBT knocked-off in the SOC.

It was lead by RD, one of the dispatchers, and he is a choice on the ballot. They should all vote for him and then sue the **** out of him when he fails his duty of fair representation.

I'm looking to get some guys out to join my former compadres on the picket line if you guys strike. Allegiant pilots were the best guys I ever worked with, you deserve the support of every pilot out there. You have my undying support.

Prospective new hires should come out and join the next [prospective] picket lines. They will be raised all over our bases should one be called for. You can in one day have all your questions answered by a wide selection of current G4 pilots.

For all the reasons enumerated in this thread, I'd avoid Allegiant like the plague until they get their issues resolved either by strike or by contract.
