Reserve: Tue & Sat off, with maybe a couple Wed, too.
Line: Tue-Wed & Sat off Lucky if you can get a Mon or Thu to get a 3-off.
I live in base, and would be hard-pressed to commute for this schedule!

Wonder how the injunction hearing is going today?

How many hours do you credit per month?

Default training contact

Sorry for the thread drift. Can someone send me a pm for a contact in the training department? They haven't used their sim slots for the last two days and I would love to start early if they are not using them again today.

To answer two different questions:

The last I heard, the sim was down again, so no one is using it right now.

The credit hours depends on your base. On reserve, you get 70. You may or may not go above that. At my base, lineholders range from 85-105, depending on the month.

I have used the sim the last two evenings with no issues. Perhaps we are talking about different training centers. I am in miami.

Pretty sure he was referring to the LAS sim. It's down all the time it seems.

Got the call for a phone interview today. I'm not terribly familiar with the company, but seeing this thread raises some questions. I'd be commuting out of Alabama. Is that single day off schedule becoming the norm? With respect to the TDYs...you're just moved to another base temporarily?
