No, your math is right, it’s not good for OTS, and for civ only OTS nearly impossible. It sucks, but it’s not going to change anytime soon.

As retirements pick up will we begin to see other bases/equipment in the class drops or will it likely remain the same only with faster movement to eventually get your first choice?

I would guess the latter for the next 4 years at least. Just a guess...

I think 11,700 holds 777 now. We have less and 15,000 pilots now. So you need to move up 3300 numbers in 4 years with which is about the number of retirements we have in 4-5 years
