What does this mean, the entire AA STL pilot base is closing? Forced displacement?

Are any of the CA’s pay protected at GP2 rates for displacements to the 190? Didn’t know if that was a one time deal or if it applied to all LegacyTWA CAs.

There was an email in July titled "How to Bid to Secure Displacement Pay Protection". I think if all the guys/gals being displaced bid as per instructions they'll be pay protected. Otherwise... SH*T!!!!
