Yes, they are and so we are paying most of them Group 2 and possibly 3 pay and paying to train more often due to the higher attrition, again, mainly because of the payscales. It is a vicious circle, which I guess will be resolved by eliminating the airplane. In the meantime, we will use 99 seat airplanes to augment 737 routes while the MAX is grounded. Go figure.

PHL to PBI seems to be new since the MAX has been grounded. In fact, Travel Planner shows 319's and 321's on that route, but the 190 has been doing it lately. Same thing with RSW. Not sure how tails have been shuffled around in the grand scheme of things, but quite a few Capt's have told me the 190 has had some new routing because of the MAX grounding. I used the wrong choice of words. Maybe it is not necessarily flying "737 routes", but it is augmenting Group 2 routes.

The 190 has done PBI and RSW during the off-season the last few years. It may be flying there now bc of the max but I’ve done both of those places a lot over the years, especially PBI.
