To further this there should be an equal number of pilots going from AML/ZTL to active and ZTL to AML. The early out should be creating PAID POSITIONS. Hopefully APA is on top of it.

100% Agreed. WTF is wrong with our leadership thinking it is okay to take Early Outs and turn them to garbage ZTL’s!?🤯
