It’ll take more than VPLOA. I think management is less and less willing to pay for it based of the slow down of approvals.

the company denied some VPLOAs, and VST for that matter, on the last run.

A good indicator that AA is not the same place it used to be pre-merger. I guess the change did not only come with the merger, but also with the generational shift.

They took the sign down simply because it was presumptuous and corny. Who were they to say they had the best trained pilots? It was a pat on their own backs and they finally recognized that and took it down.

The small time 135 I used to work for had it on the wall of the room we used for indoc. We weren’t even the best trained pilots in the building.

Definitely corny.

I can tell legacy aa apart from the rest because they're the best pilots and the most fun to be around. I'll miss them on furlough </3
