I heard from a CP that after the AA/B6 merger, Jetblue pilots will continue to wear Blue pilot shirts. Native American pilots will wear Red pilot shirts and the gobbled up pilots (TWA, AirCal, US Airways etc.) will wear white shirts. This is help with two things;
1. will look more patriotic for the company when they face chapter 11 in the future.
2. Will help the company with divide and conquer for the next contract because will help identify pilots.
I was told that AA consulted some Blood gang members for ideas on this.
