MIA is a ghost town compared to the past.

Just seem the new thing for business are online meetings and they are getting used to it.
I just don’t see business travelers coming back ever because it’s all about technology and travel cost.

Eyes wide open ^^^^^ This is it most likely. They will come back but not in storm. It’s been too long operating in this new normal. Billboards in every city for office space to rent, buy or convert. Leisure wise people will return as there is no real replacement for self identifying ones self to “having been there, having the experience.” Brick buildings, Insurance, electricity, water, upkeep, janitors, airfare, rental cars, per diem, hotels, etc are costly especially when added together. Business, healthcare and older folks (like me have been forced to acclimate and many things will not turn around. At least you have Leisure travel and Holidays so 2 out of 3 ain’t bad.

It is for now, is it not ? I have family members in fairly high management positions at a well known cruise line. They're not optimistic, to put it mildly.
Let's hope they're wrong.

Yup. Air travel as a mode of transportation will cease to exist as well.

Yeah, I’m sure no one will ever attempt to make money at this ever again because viruses last forever and there’s no money to be made.

Can everybody start screwing their heads back on please?
