Pilot credential glitch?
I got the work traits, additional info, and PRIA tabs but never got an invitation for an interview.
A day after completing work traits and additional info the tabs disappeared.
Right now no tabs and no interview invite, back to the old pilot credentials screen.
Has anyone experienced it before receiving an invitation? I heard that they usually open those tabs along with an invite.

The problem is probably this…on the work trait’s assessment you selected you would rather give the basket of kittens up for adoption instead of burning them alive. Everyone knows it’s wrong to give them up for adoption and have them growing up not knowing who their real parents are.

They are looking for specific tendencies on the Assessment. Yes both choices are either good or bad, bit if you decide to not wing the test and pay $ for assessment prep you’ll learn how to score well. I scored in the low 60’s (fail) on the first test I took with the prep service I used. After high low 90’s. I bought the test prep for the Delta assessment. The assessment for American was very similar.

Both the American and Delta personality assessments are very similar. And if you bought the prep you would know they are looking for very specific personality traits. The hogan for United is totally different. You shouldn’t need to prep for the hogan, just don’t lie so your answers stay consistent.

In a perfect world, one should not have to prep for a personality test. That said, for AA, I chose the “Least bad” and tried to remember those answers throughout (be consistent). As far as I know, that technique worked because I have an interview at AA. I’m a “top tier” candidate at DL but have been waiting over a month for their assessment. So I can’t compare. My advise is to just be honest and be yourself.
