320 will be a little more senior in every base. 73 tends to have better trips and more exotic overnights, but that is very subjective. Most will just stick with what they get in training, many will change to 320 when able, very few will go to 73 from 320 unless they’re upgrading.

Daaaaaaaaaaaang. Definitely the class for Airbus lovers. Downside is that if you want a base that only has the 737 you could be a commuter for a year and a half.
