Sim wait is down to 3-4 weeks after indoc, as well. So you don’t get a long vacation, but your pay anniversary is much closer.

What determines that anniversary? Type ride? IOE completion?

First day of Indoc you get the airframe training start date and completion date. The completion date will be your Anniversary.

By "completion date" he means forecasted LOE (e.g. "type rating checkride").

Correct. But if they delay you for any reason, your original date you got in class is still your pay anniversary. It doesn’t change if they let’s say keep delaying you.

Default Employment gap

Does anybody know where in the AA app I can put the dates for unemployment? Under the employment section, it's telling me that I have an employment gap.
