This is false. I thought this as well so I waited. People junior to me got the MBE while still in sims. Put that in ASAP

Either way MBE only works if there is somebody willing to switch. So don't think you're going to be able to MBE your way from LGA to PHX or ORD. You will have to wait for vacancy bids for that.

They need to edit that part of the MBE input page then.

You also cannot be the most junior pilot in the base you are attempting to get into. That little tidbit is why I had to wait for a vacancy.
