Yep. But a couple things- people underestimate how much AA management hates labor, and would rather burn the place to the ground than “give away” something. As has been pointed out, the low-hanging fruit that is 401k start date for non-flow new hires and pay effective date is something AA will hopefully NEED to fix on their own and SHOULD fix on their own. I asked some people who would supposedly have knowledge of APA’s updated proposal, and they indicated that it is indeed part of the ask. I personally don’t think it’s a top priority, nor should it be (AA should fix it themselves like Delta did for new hire hotels), but it’s in there. That sorta dispels the notion that “APA won’t even ask for it” and “APA doesn’t care about new hires”.

Oh I don't disagree with your position at all. I can see why the company would want it in there, but unfortunately there will be no way to know what the overall package would've been had those not been part of the deal, so a meaningful comparison of the two would be damn near impossible.

Sigh. Imagine Jordon without Pippin.

Does anyone know if there is a class this week? FEB 15? Still no drop linked and only 3 days away. Thanks

Class drops are due a day before class starts. If they come earlier then it is a bonus.

Yes, there is a class.

Do you have the ability to form and express coherent thoughts or just snarky remarks? Answer the question. It's not a hard one.

Well, if your words actually pointed something out that was incorrect
