Never said every new hire did. Although the majority hired in the second half of the year saw something along those lines. It is artificially shortened now due to the break in new hire classes but will climb back up by the time anybody interviewing today will start class. PHX, LAX, and ORD many new hires do not get until 9 to 12 months after hire date.

Try again stooge

2/22 should be dropping soon. I'm in it, we haven't gotten it yet 😬

Did the drop for tomorrow's class come out already? Not sure if I missed it in all this off topic ramblings.

Point me to a post where you have stated it wasn’t 18 months. Like I’ve said before, just be honest, there is no need to make **** up.

As someone coming up on 12 months, and another 4 months to go for the second year pay bump Id say it’s worth fighting for. And now with a larger percentage of pilots coming from ULCCs and other non wholly owned it’s affecting a lot of people.

Not having the 16% last year with the market down hurt as well.

Red Forman, give it a rest. No one cares and the point you're trying to make in this internet fight is flat. "I'mSoSuss" was genuinely correct in his statements and I'm living proof of it as well, his timelines are accurate. File a butt hurt report with your union rep and move on/stop trolling us, we genuinely want the info this thread was meant for and are tired of you clogging it up.

All, Please keep this thread to the class drop topic. Anything more can go to DM's or the appropriate threads, thanks.

Point to me where I was wrong, as you have not been able to do and the point of this whole discourse Mr. Company Stooge. The only thing you have been able to do is to point out that there are instances where it may be a little bit better than what I described. Well that's cute, good luck for the new hire. They may have their pay date a few weeks sooner and get their choice base a month or two sooner. Yay!!!

Still mad at that "Facebook crowd" for getting the last TA shot down? It's funny how you can tell who are the same posters on here and The Line.

Please mods! Can we start banning posters that do not stay on topic? Thank you

I am coming up on class and am tired of thinking there is a class drop only to come to this BS
