The majors are actively poaching from each other’s regional carriers. If you want AA, to to a Delta regional. If you want Delta go to an AA regional. I highly recommend going to a ULCC (Spirit/Allegiant/Frontier) and get an A320 type rating ASAP then Immediately update your application. I know a guy with a wet A320 type from Allegiant that was picked up by AA and never flew the airplane for Allegiant.
