So far it is worse then anybody thought. Facebook is exploding right now on how bad this TA is with concession after concession, weak language, weak implementations schedules, and other little nuggets that weaken the "gains" we negotiated.

Your Facebook buddies were able to read and analyze 450 pages in less than an hour? I’m going to read the thing myself, make my decision for myself, then see what other people are saying. Maybe adjust my vote from there. But it’s probably best to think for yourself first, rather than regurgitate FB feces.

I went over the highlights. To me, looks like a lot of cutting and pasting from the Delta contract. I can’t find much better than Delta, but a lot is the same.
I think sit pay is better. Lol. LTD is about the same.

Off the top of my head. LTD is better. More holiday pay days, 3% amendable date raise. 4 hour reassignment window vs 6 hours.
