Contract Supplement

So what is the current plan now? Are we still voting next week with hopefully a supplement to the contract? Not sure if there is a mechanism to pull the whole contract without us voting it down.

Vote opens, we all immediately vote no. Let them earn it back to a yes, and if we’re so inclined, we change it before it closes. Real simple.

What I got out of Bobby Ice's interview is that he is going to match the pay and get it out ASAP. Doesn't look like he is interested in offering much more. He seemed to imply that if "they" want to push for more he's willing to draw it out as long as necessary. Of course he knows, the longer this draws out, the less he is going to have to pay in total. He's happy either way.

Remain squarely in 3rd place and close the gap as little as possible to get a yes vote. Allow Fox News to scare the majority of the pilots 3rd place is good enough because the economy will melt down.

NO, every AIP that has come out has cost him more and more. Had we taken the 1st AIP he would have saved a ton.

He would be wise to put at least 5 good LOAs on the bottom of this TA if he wants it to pass and save himself more money.

Hence why he did just that...
Pay rate, amendable date, retro, rsv day, sick day

Rumor in multiple spots. Probably enough to get this thing passed if true.
