You're misinformed.
Best example: Outgoing base reps choosing their successors, and pilots having appointed rather than elected representatives, which is what happened in DFW. In DFW the pilots are being reperesented by two pilots appointed, not elected, the very antithesis of a democratic organization. Under ALPA, a vacant seat triggers a special election for an elected representative to serve.
That's just one of many, many examples.
That's all the spoon feeding I can give you.
Pilots need to really do objective research and leave emotion and resentments out of the equation.

It’s actually kind of hilarious that you think it would be any different around here under ALPA. With the same pilot group and the same management team, it will be the same results, and you can take that to the bank buddy.

Spoon feeding? I’ve been an ALPA member, have you? I know how it works. ALPA National sucks, and the individual MECs are only as good as thier members. Which means here, it will suck too. Huge waste of money, same results.

The neoptism and corruption in APA are ridiculous. Millions of dollars of pilot money siphoned off to give to the "elite" of APA. The reason that many want ALPA is so that the rules can be changed and the corruption to decrease.

United? Really? They got exactly nowhere, just like us, until Delta signed their deal. And they still got nowhere until we got our TA. THEN and only then, did they get their deal. Oh, and how’s it going for Fedex ALPA?

The biggest problem at APA is that the rules are written to protect the "elite" (good old boys club) and will screw over the pilots with no ability to make changes.

FedEx is a failing business under horrible corporate leadership who has turned a once reliable delivery service into a joke. Comparing apples and oranges. Next you'll probably want to bring up Spirit but I wouldn't do that if I were you. ALPA was able to get the best QOL contract in airline history out of that company.

BS. Why did they not get their final TA until after we shot down our first one, and AFTER WE got our final TA?
Well, AA is a struggling business under horrible corporate leadership. Sounds familiar. You are absolutely delusional about ALPA. Believe me, I am in NO way a fan of APA, very far from it. But ALPA will be nothing but a huge waste of our money and resources, and achieve minimal, if any, better results.

You're talking to someone who is obviously very ignorant of Fed Ex's situation right now. So why would we believe any word he has to say about ALPA?

I meant AA is struggling relative to its peers UA and DL, mainly due to an apparenty wholly incompetent management team.
