spoiler alert, appeals will tie this things up for a while. Us court of appeals will take this up next if the northern Illinois judge doesn’t look at the contract correctly.

Looks like the only airports we dominate (by total enplaned pax) are CLT (69%), DFW (67%), PHL (62%), MIA (60%), and DCA (54%). Even PHX is less than half, at ~40%.

Maybe it will, maybe it won't. If the judge doesn't issue an order to freeze the gate transfer pending litigation, then UA will get them until if and when AA wins the court battle.

Litigation has been withdrawn by American after 3 months in District Court. Was misfiled in the wrong court (Federal District Court) so they need to file in State Court. Civil contract cases in Illinois courts are taking 12-24 months on average.
