Other than that, an NG is an NG. Has uplink, can do the RNP, etc.
In terms of RNP-AR approaches, the "basic Airbii" (non-SEL10) can do it but to a .30 RNP minima (if published).

The block 1s are sweet flying machines… some of the best ones out there. Most have the new HUD too. And if they don’t have an operable HUD I get to play real airplane pilot for a change!

I love flying a brand new Max then the very next leg I get 3AA. Keeps it fun!

Have yet to fly a Block 1 with the new HUD.

That will be an improvement.

Now just the lazy auto throttles and give them CPDLC….

Most of the block 1 HUDs are inop lol, there’s maybe a handful with the new HUDs installed. I prefer the newest model NGs, the Max climbs too slow.

Me too (what you said about the NGs). I especially like the 3KU and higher (NPS equipped).
MAX8 climbs too slow? Not for me, I'm used to the piggy 321neo 300 fpm climbs LOL, so MAX8 is a performance upgrade.

Give me a Max 8 any day of the week. Only weakness to it is the start time of the engines and LRD...... But the Max flies so much better over the NG. The only other problem with the Max is a pilot induced problem in that I can float a 40 landing because I forget that I can land a Max at 40 just like a flaps 30 landing and I do the NG 40 technique. ha

A wise man bids evening 319 departures. Particularly in the summer time. You often don’t have to fly the plane and you get paid.

That too.

Still quieter than the cockpit of an E145 though.

Last I checked all A32F are SEL10 now (as of my last recurrent on the bus). But I’m no longer on that fleet so can’t verify.
