Your sex has absolutely no bearing on this discussion whatsoever. I just corrected the previous poster who made an assumption that you are a "he". I too have had a pretty nice career here. Have you enjoyed your first year on the 737 in CLT? I think most of those guys are a hoot. I hope you get a chance to fly with Buddy Bowen before you are displaced later this year. Pretty funny good ole boy.

I'm not sure why you care what happens to the pilots above you in the upcoming merger. You seem to have an axe to grind. If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were related to Chip.

P.S. You'll enjoy flying with Relay. He's a good guy.

I know the TA very well, you shouldn't brag about how you willfully violate the spirit of the TA to harm the west, not to mention walking away from negotiations in 2007. Legal? Sure, ethical? Well you rationalize it anyway you want sunshine.

For how long have I heard "It doesn't matter if the Nicolau was fair, if you thought it followed the SPIRIT of the ALPA merger policy.....", but you complain that we are so mean if we work within the T/A and/or the law.

Look, the guys are right. We do this back and forth and sometimes I lose track that we are even doing it until someone points it out. It's time to drop it. You think that your legal team has everything it needs with the MOU to finish the job. Great, we will now see. You don't have to convince me, my opinion doesn't matter a bit. But while we are back and forth over this crap the APA is studying what to do about the next merger.

You're angry, I get it. I understand that most west pilots are angry about this. Thing is, you need accept what you can do and move on.

Hey rudder, had the nic been implemented, the min block hr. Protections would have dropped. The east attrition would have been NON existant. And you sir/madam, would still be swinging gear on an RJ. So show some respect towards those that paved the way for you!!..Your welcome..

Not really. A long time ago cacti told me that it was his purpose on here was to educate the pilots of other airlines about what has happened. When I first signed up and read his crap I wondered how many guys that didn't know what really happened were buying it and countered it. What I realized is the 99% don't care! I've tried to get him to move to PMs, he won't, so it has kind of become sport for me, whack a troll. I know it gets old and will try to let the troll go.

So the same number of pilots wouldn't have been replaced? East logic at it;s best.
