I really hope we don't "Adopt and Go" with all of Americans procedures. Rserve, jumpseat, and non rev is better at Airways. All three of which play a huge role in the quality of life for us junior reserve pilots. And, with the the combined company, theres gonna be a lot of people on reserve..

There is no "most say" in the contract. It says "reasonable available by surface transportation".
The company has tried to define it to their liking for years. The union's reply has always been "you want a time, we want some changes".
