WD at AWA
So according to EF, I'm a USAPIAN, but according to you I complain about USAPA. Could you guys get together and get your stories straight?

How does one get a captain seat out of seniority? Computer glitch?

The village called, they want you back.

Based on what you SEEM to be implying, you don't have to honor a deal if you think you can get something better. Is that it? Why would any group agree to ANY arrangement with pre AWA/US merger East pilots? (I'm not finger pointing at that third list guys, they've been held hostage by both pilot groups AND management throughout this entire debacle)

Listening to USAPA loving East pilots complain about the West is much like listening to a guy explain how his wife is to blame for the beatings he gives her. You're blaming the West for the injunction? USAPA started an illegal job action without even attempting to get the West pilot's support. Remember the "Good Union Pilot" lanyards the East made to show solidarity against management? Not one West pilot was ever given one of those. Some guys asked and were told they couldn't have one. Some "Union".

Also, make sure you tell your new APA friends about the baseless legal filings USAPA made against the Cactus 19 and..what was it, "100 unnamed defendants"..in the event anyone else spoke out against them. Some of our guys paid big bucks out of pocket to defend against that garbage. And before you start making the "Yeah, but" excuses about how big bad West pilots were hurting USAPA's feelings, remember that case got thrown out TWICE, and the second time with prejudice. It was nothing more than an intimidation tactic undertaken by a representational union against it's members. Keep that in mind next time you complain about APA not pandering to you.
We are in the same situation now that we were in, in 2007. We have an agreement now, just like we did with the TA. You guys didn't like how the TA was being used, just like some don't want the company to hold us to the letter of the MOU, because the situation has changed. I'm not implying that you don't have to honor an agreement if you can get better, that's what so many on here and C&R are doing! We have a deal. We can negotiate something better, but if we don't we will live by the letter of the agreement, just as we did with the TA. To hear a west pilot talk about not honoring the MOU is hypocrisy. Does that clear it up for you?

Did I say you guys caused the injunction? No, I said that west data was used in the case. The west had tons of guys bragging about running the absolutely best operation possible in order to make the east look bad. Before that, your former MEC chairman asked Parker how he could turn in east pilots. Those are facts my friend.

In case you have forgotten, I'm on record telling everyone that the C18 case was a travesty. But hey, why bother with facts, right?

Come on.....tell the APA to stick it to the company, you anti-union slackers!
I was wondering the same thing. Did something happen over the holidays to change the "they haven't dealt with us, we aren't US Air!" attitude? Maybe it was all those guys on C&R talking about picking up premium trips.

Oh.......and we are all Communists too.
You guys are so wrapped around the axle you need an enema. Looks like you and yours will get your look at the contract proposal sometime around mid-december.

My message is exactly what you two keep doing for my point. Your "rational" thought sure brings reason like excrement does with flies.

You communists (I know, the truth hurts) keep trying to sand bag the company.

For the sake of your family (if you have one), get some help.

Seriously. It's painful to see someone gripped by mental illness. I keep thinking of the pictures of that orange-haired kid who shot up the theatre in Colorado or the bug-eyed one who attacked the school in Sandy Hook and how if only someone intervened. My guess is you own an arsenal of firearms (a Communist behind every tree), which is equally disturbing.

Your psychiatric situation is beyond EAP, but I think they can assist you in finding someone who specializes in your degree of paranoia and delusion. It WILL likely involve some powerful meds though. The most important thing is you HAVE to keep taking them once you feel better. I can only hope someone or something intervenes to stop what seems destined to conclude what must presently be such a tragic existence.

Godspeed.

With his obvious symptoms I don't see him doing that. If he'd see the professional I so desperately recommended for a diagnosis, perhaps he could come to terms with his situation. In the interim, he's a one man army..........well, actually two as there's a faulty electric switch here that loves to give him current on a regular basis .

Default AAL submits proposal

Without wasting my time reading back through all these rants, has anyone read the proposal? What is its current status( as of Dec 1st)? And how does it stack up against Delta?
