Default AA Retirement Flight Benefits

What is the requirement to retire from AA with flight benefits? Is there a minimum age? Years of service plus age? Are retirement flight benefits free, or is there a charge? I couldn't find anything in the contract, and didn't know where else to look.

If your company seniority date is 31 Jul 96 or earlier, you need at least 5 years service and age 50. Anyone after that date needs 10 years and age 55
